AT&T Store

Evan was awesome. I came in for a SIM change but he sold us 2 new phones and 2 watches. We had such a great time and it was a great experience. I will definitely be visiting again. Top tier service!!!

Store is supposed to open at 9am. Guy comes out of the store “sorry we’re not allowed to open unless there are two employees. My manager is running late.” Let’s see what time the manager decides to show up. It’s 9:11 now. 9:21. Apparently the manager is “now on his way”. How thoughtful of him. 9:22. Guy opened the store without the manager, I guess they don’t need two people anymore. 9:24. Manager managed to manage his way to the store. Not helping with the backlog of 5 customers yet though. 9:27. All is well.

Great customer service. The only problem is that there are never enough reps to take care of the customers. It’s always a waiting game

I work with a women name meshiea she was very informative and help me lower my bill monthly . She also assisted me with getting some accessories for my new Apple Watch
